I waited 2–6 hours just to get unloaded because the receiver had no sense of urgency. They clearly don’t respect drivers’ time, and the staff seemed unwilling to do their job efficiently. This kind of delay can cause drivers to miss their next pickups and lose money. Very unprofessional experience.

Make sure to go through scale first and wait on scale then go inside office. Very helpful receiver Khushiman. Got unloaded in 30 minutes

Great staff at receiving especially tod. Very polite. Offloaded within 40 mins. Drivers make sure to pull up at scale located just by the shipping receiving office before going to office.
