I had a wonderful experience at the store, all thanks to Sandra Post. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and made me feel very comfortable.She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and asked thoughtful questions about my preferences and style. Based on my body type, she suggested a few outfits that were incredibly flattering and made me look slimmer, which I truly appreciated. When I mentioned that I needed professional dresses for work, Sandra guided me perfectly and helped me find pieces that were both stylish and appropriate. Her eye for detail and personalized approach really stood out. I’m extremely happy with her service and would definitely recommend asking for Sandra if you visit!

Shopped at Serena Fashions at Willowbrook Mall with my 86 year old aunt. My aunt purchased an expensive vest with white fake fur on it. Got home (35 min drive away) and discovered that the security tag was still on the vest. Called the store twice to get the manager to call us back. They told us to "just bring it back" to get it removed. We stated that the security at the door did not get triggered when we left the store. Were then advised that the tags don't provide the beeping anymore and it was a mistake that the "new" staff did not remove the tag. What a huge inconvenience!!! The store was NOT busy while we were there and they should have been trained better to make sure these mistakes don't happen. We requested a discount or we would fully return the item for a full refund. The manager said the only discount she could give was $4.50+tax (original price of vest was $135) to be refunded on the credit card and a complimentary pen. What is the retail world coming to when that is all we get back for poor customer service. This company has now lost a few good paying customers. Very disappointed!!!

This place is my “Go To” for some beautiful Canadian clothing, located in Willowbrook Mall. It’s an absolute hidden gem! High end quality clothing/accessories & prices match that. All the staff are wonderful! Sandra has helped me a few times with fashion emergencies for Gala nights & formal work parties. I love that if they don’t have your size, they can look & get it ordered in for you within 7- 10 business days (if in stock). Thank you Sandra for making formal shopping fun!

Every time i visit this store i have an amazing time, such great and awesome staff, they helped me every time i asked them something. and they have a very good variety of clothing. I recommend this store to everyone 👌🏻
